Staying at the Acorn, Central Windermere Apartment was a delightful experience in the heart of Windermere. the cozy one-bedroom flat was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. the flat-screen TV and free WiFi were a nice touch for entertainment. The charming 19th-century building added to the overall ambiance, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us, as we were able to bring along our furry companion. The central location made it easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, while also being a short drive away from Bowness-on-Windermere and Ambleside. the convenience of a nearby local council car park was also a plus, offering great value for parking. We can't wait to return and explore more of the beautiful Lake District!
